This is our original yakisoba made with carefully selected ingredients. The noodles are our original thin noodles, crafted at Tomitaya Noodle Factory, pursuing the optimal texture for 70 years. The sauce is Hirota Sauce, characterized by its rich flavor and deep umami, made using a secret 'aged simmering method' that clings well to the thin noodles. Additionally, it is topped with Kujo green onions from Kyoto and honkarebushi flakes, making it a proud Kyoto-style yakisoba.
