Blending a unique 'vacuum freeze aging' base with bamboo charcoal, which is gaining attention for its detoxifying effects. This dish condenses the flavors of minced meat and vegetables, allowing you to experience the sharpness of the spices most directly. The spiciness is comparable to that of commercially available spicy curries. Enjoy the depth of flavor that unfolds behind the spiciness. Additional spiciness can be added. Level 1, Level 2, Level 3.
The taste that started 'Good Day Curry.' Through vacuum freezing and aging, the acidity of the tomatoes is developed into a mellow and deep richness, gently finished with coconut milk. It has a spicy yet very mild texture, making it a reassuring dish loved by a wide range of people, from children who have graduated from kid's curry to adults.
The vegetables of Japan are blended into a smoothie and then carefully 'vacuum frozen aged' for a week. While utilizing the refreshing aroma of shungiku and perilla leaves, we added Saikyo miso to express a rich umami flavor. It is popular for its deep taste and refreshing aftertaste.
You can enjoy a little bit of each of the three colors of Good Day Curry. It is also perfect as a companion for drinks. Served with buttered toast of herb steamed bread.
