This delicious milk, made from 100% raw milk, is sealed in a state close to natural through aseptic filling. The original flavor and taste of the milk are preserved, making it highly nutritious and safe, and it can be used in pancakes without losing its functional components.

This product uses finely ground wheat flour and 100% whole wheat flour made from high-quality Canadian wheat. The whole wheat flour, which is stone-ground and retains the bran, is highly nutritious and offers a slightly nutty flavor. It is also characterized by having less of the unique bitterness typically found in whole wheat flour.

We use almond oil from Huilerie Croix Verte, a long-established French oil manufacturer founded in the 19th century. This premium oil is rich in flavor, allowing the nutty taste to be pleasantly felt when mixed into dough, without it being lost.

No preservatives, baking powder, or stabilizers are used. We use safe ingredients, so please enjoy with peace of mind.
