Our signature shabu-shabu can only be enjoyed with a course meal. Yamagara Island Pork Agu has no bad smell and is characterized by its sweet fat and tenderness. Please enjoy it with three kinds of condiments that bring out the original flavor of Kanamu Agu.
The best of both worlds! This is a luxurious course that allows you to compare the best 100% Japanese pig "Kanatake Agu" and "Yamashiro Beef" that dominated the first, second, and third places at the Okinawa Prefectural Kyoushinkai... Yamashiro Beef is fatty with concentrated flavor and sweetness, but has a light and refreshing taste. Yamashiro Beef is the highest grade A5, and even rarer among them. Please enjoy it with seasonal island vegetables carefully selected by our chef.
