這是一家小店，裡面有吧台和小高台，讓人感到放鬆。從下單到切割和握壽司的過程中，食材的新鮮度得以充分展現。櫃檯上擺著平貝、鳥貝、天然的鯛魚松皮造型、國產的海膽等，選擇起來非常有趣。午餐附有小碗和味噌湯，小碗裡的涼麵搭配了黃瓜、長芋和紫蘇，清爽可口。握壽司有鮪魚、小肌魚、甜蝦和壽司卷，外觀都很漂亮，味噌湯散發著蝦的香氣，非常美味。外送的壽司拼盤食材也很棒，還附有清湯，讓人感到開心。
