这是一家小店，设有吧台和小高台，环境宁静舒适。点餐后会现场切割和握制，食材的新鲜度得以充分体现。展示柜里有平贝、鸡贝、天然的鲷鱼松皮造型、国产海胆等，选择起来非常有趣。午餐配有小碗和味噌汤，小碗里的凉面搭配黄瓜、长芋和紫苏，清爽可口。握寿司有金枪鱼、小肌鱼、甜虾和卷寿司，外观精美，味噌汤散发着虾的香气，非常美味。外卖的散寿司食材也很新鲜，还有汤品，令人感到开心。
