This truffle soy sauce was developed through trial and error to enhance the flavor of the steak, which is prepared in a 200ml portion. By adding umami with red wine to the soy sauce and incorporating truffle oil for aroma, it has been perfected to pair well with beef. Currently, it is enjoyed as a dipping sauce for steak in restaurants, but it can also be enjoyed at home or during BBQs.
