Original dough made with a focus on simple ingredients: homemade wheat, rice flour, sake lees, and Mikawa mirin. Crispy on the outside, chewy and moist on the inside, with each bite spreading natural sweetness and umami throughout the mouth. (The price is for a half size)

Using domestically produced wheat from our own farm, we create a vacation that is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, filled with plenty of natural cheese characterized by its natural flavor and aroma.

Sliced vacation bread generously spread with homemade honey butter and baked until crispy on the outside, bursting with the rich flavor of honey butter that spreads throughout your mouth.
