店內有吧台和桌子，氛圍優雅而舒適。可以在眼前欣賞到廚師熟練的料理過程，自然讓人心情愉悅。我點了主廚推薦的菜品，每一道的平衡感都很好，讓我非常滿意。搭配檸檬奶油的生火腿，清新的濃郁感讓人印象深刻。佛卡夏旁邊配有橄欖油和鹽，小麥的香氣輕輕散發出來。還有散發松露香氣的卡邦尼意大利麵、炸櫛瓜、馬肉塔塔，以及層疊了莫札瑞拉的羊肉料理，讓我都能愉快地品嚐。
