なら酒藏なべ

This is a popular standard hot pot that is completely original, made by specially receiving sake lees from a sake brewery in Nara Prefecture, and blending it with a dashi made from the bones of Yamato chicken from Nara, along with bonito and kelp.

This is a luxurious hot pot that is generously filled with fresh oysters from Sakoshi City, Hyogo Prefecture, in addition to the sake lees expert hot pot.

A strong numbing sensation and spiciness intersect with a mild sake lees broth, resulting in a uniquely delicious broth. While the spiciness and numbing sensation are the highlights, you can adjust it to your preference for a milder heat or an intense spiciness. A must-try for spice lovers.

Please enjoy the bouncy texture and the delicious juiciness of domestic chicken.

A hot pot made using only watercress grown in the local clean waters and the belly of the local brand pork, Yamato Pork.

Enjoy the texture, meatiness, and umami of thickly sliced Yamato beef, a local brand, paired with watercress grown in the beautiful local waterside.

Grilled with Yamato beef, Yamato chicken thighs, and Yamato pork belly, along with cabbage, garlic sprouts, and garlic, all marinated in homemade miso sauce and cooked in an iron pot. It's perfect as a snack with drinks, and everyone shares and enjoys it together.
