A crispy outside and a chewy inside French bread topped with 'Hakata Yama-ya' mentaiko using original sauce generously. The addictive spiciness is a feature.
Made with a generous 80g portion of smoked all-pork ground meat. The coarse ground mince is 6mm in size and stuffed into natural pork casings. The crispy texture of the smoked all-pork ground meat, along with the flavor of mustard, will increase your appetite.
Melon bread with a fragrant aroma and flavor of burnt butter. The crust is crispy, while the inside is soft and fluffy.
The crispy texture created by frying and baking becomes addictive. The original blend of fermented butter wrapped inside is baked at high temperature, causing it to overflow with a 'juicy' sensation from the inside and fry the surface 'crispy' as if frying. Topped with 'Lorraine rock salt' to balance the flavors.
Made with curry stewed daily in-house. The homemade curry filling, simmered slowly with vegetables, is packed with chunks of beef for a satisfying meal. We use 'rice oil' in the frying oil to lower cholesterol levels, resulting in a light and crispy texture with a chewy dough finish after high-temperature frying.

Made using 'Hokkaido-grown Erimo adzuki beans' and 'Miyamizu from Nishinomiya', cooked using the 'steaming and steaming method'. The characteristic is a not too sweet red bean paste with a sugar content of 48 degrees that tastes like the original adzuki beans.
