こだわり炸豬排あぢま ひたちなか本店

Satisfaction rate 95%! You've never tasted such a tender and juicy tonkatsu before! If you're in Ibaraki, be sure to try the Ibaraki brand pork 'Rose Pork' that we want you to eat. It has won the top prize at the National Brand Pork Contest. Since the sales locations are limited, you can't eat it anywhere. At our store, we fry it to the best crispiness to fully enjoy the tenderness of the meat. The color of the meat at that time is pink. Since it still retains enough moisture, when you bite into the tender meat, the juices will overflow. At first, if you eat it with salt, the sweetness and umami of the meat will stand out even more. The cabbage side dish is selected for freshness throughout the year, choosing the production area according to the season. Refills are free! The 'rice' is also a locally produced limited rice 'Hasegawa-san's Koshihikari'. It has a high sweetness and you'll end up eating a lot. Refills are also free for this.
