にぎりの德兵衛 大垣南店

Starting from July 7, our summer recommended menu features a total of 23 items! This time's highlight is the 'Seasonal Horse Mackerel.' 'Seasonal Horse Mackerel' refers to horse mackerel weighing over 100g each, caught in the Tsushima Strait and around the Goto Islands from April to August. The horse mackerel raised in the nutrient-rich waters of this region is delicious, with a richness that rivals high-end fish. Additionally, we use female eel from Mikawa Isshiki, known as 'Enman.' We have prepared 'Thick Grilled Eel' which boasts a size about 1.5 times larger than usual, and 'Grilled Nodoguro from Nagasaki Prefecture,' a high-end fish also referred to as white-fleshed toro. Furthermore, we have introduced new 'Chilled Menu' items that can be enjoyed refreshingly even in the hot summer! Don't miss our summer limited side dishes like 'Chilled Soba with Clams' and 'Chilled Chawanmushi with Yamagata Dashi' that have a refreshing texture!

In preparation for 'Doyo no Ushi no Hi', we will start selling the 'Sushi Restaurant Unaju' available for eat-in only from June 17 (Wednesday). This year, we have carefully selected female eel 'Enman' from Mikawa Isshiki. We will provide eel dishes that are rich in fat and tenderness. During this time when we welcome the true heat of summer, let's eat stamina-packed eel and energetically get through the Japanese summer!
