選擇喜歡的食材結帳後，可以在桌上的炭火上慢慢烤，這是非常有趣的。這裡有室內和室外的座位，晴天時外面的氛圍也很舒服。從水槽中選擇的貝類可以當場烤，讓人感覺非常新鮮。當然，牡蠣是必不可少的，而北寄貝的彈牙口感也讓人印象深刻，非常美味。還有牡蠣湯和蒜香蝦，搭配麵包或年糕也很有趣。有時候會很擁擠，所以提前預約會讓人更安心地享受。
