选择喜欢的食材结账后，可以在桌上的炭火上慢慢烤制，感觉非常有趣。这里有室内和室外的座位，晴天时外面的氛围也很舒适。从水槽中选择的贝类可以现场烤制，感觉非常新鲜。牡蛎当然是必不可少的，北极贝的弹性口感给人留下深刻印象，非常美味。还有牡蛎汤和蒜香虾，搭配面包和年糕也很有趣。有时会很拥挤，所以提前预约会让人更安心地享受。
