The following seafood salad and sashimi platter were both incredibly fresh, with a texture that melts in your mouth, which was the best. The Nagoya-style miso kushi-katsu and the rich doteni exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't stop using my chopsticks. The main dish, the gout hot pot, was luxurious with ingredients like shirako, ankimo, and salmon roe, and I even drank the soup that was infused with the umami of the seafood. I was completely satisfied with the final dish, the shachihoko roll and matcha warabi mochi, and it’s a place that naturally brings a smile to your face.
