The restaurant is famous for Echizen grated buckwheat noodles with spicy radish. We recommend the original Kenzo Soba. The soba noodles, a blend of Hokkaido and Fukui buckwheat noodles, are extremely delicious.
Both the peach and red shiso parfait and the persimmon and burdock parfait were beautiful to look at and delightful to taste. The parfait was lavishly prepared with peaches and burdock, allowing the guests to enjoy the tartness and sweetness. Also, the tea was jasmine tea. The restaurant is very stylish and the food looks great to look at. I am looking forward to the next parfait!
