Ich habe aufgrund der Bewertungen des "Leckeren Fischrestaurants" reserviert und es war mein erster Besuch. Es waren Tische für uns vorbereitet, aber ich habe um einen Platz an der Theke gebeten und bin umgezogen. Die aufgereihten Sake-Becher an der Theke und die Empfehlungen an der Wand haben meine Erwartungen gesteigert. Die Speisen und die Art, wie die Bestellungen bearbeitet wurden, haben mich beeindruckt!! Mein Mann, der Geburtstag hatte, sagte: "Nur beim Anschauen der Speisekarte läuft mir das Wasser im Mund zusammen."

The wait staff was friendly, energetic and pleasant, but unfortunately there was trash on the chairs in the reserved seating area. The food was all good, but the portion of tongue was small and I wouldn't have minded if the plates had been smaller.

The skewers grilled over charcoal are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, bringing happiness with every bite. In particular, the tsukune is packed with the umami of the meat and pairs perfectly with the melting egg yolk. The colorful sashimi platter is fresher than I imagined, making it hard to believe it's from a yakitori restaurant. The agedashi tofu and rice soup dishes are also carefully prepared, offering a comforting taste. With a wide variety of skewers, the selection process is enjoyable, and I feel that there's no wrong choice. The bright and clean interior, along with the friendly staff, made me linger longer than I intended.
