Es ist ein neues Restaurant, und das Innere ist sehr sauber. Man kann die Festigkeit der Nudeln, die Intensität des Geschmacks und die Zubereitung des Kohls auf Papier auswählen. Das Niku-Tama-Soba hat etwas dickere Nudeln, und die Textur beim Braten ist angenehm. Wenn man es mit einem Spatel schneidet, breitet sich das weichgekochte Ei auf der Grillplatte aus, und das Mundgefühl ist einfach großartig. Die empfohlene Austernbutter auf dem Okonomiyaki mit Tintenfischtempura ist ebenfalls hervorragend, und die Austern sind schön prall. Das Personal ist freundlich und höflich, und während man wartet, bringen sie einen Stuhl und Wasser, was beruhigend ist.
