This time I visited to celebrate a birthday, and I enjoyed dishes made with rare ingredients, as well as the variety of options available. It was very delicious!! I ordered a course, but there was so much food that I couldn't finish it (I gave it to my friend, haha). The meat was very tender and fatty, highly recommended!!! Especially the salad was so delicious that I can't forget it 🍀

I was thrilled to see the cooking on the iron plate up close over the counter, and the heat and aroma were exhilarating. The course was thoughtfully crafted from appetizers to desserts, and with each dish, my anticipation grew, wondering 'What will come next?' The seasonal dishes, such as risotto that evokes the taste of fresh vegetables, bamboo shoots, and cherry blossoms, were rich in both color and flavor. The meat was cooked to perfection, as they carefully asked about the doneness, allowing me to enjoy the unique aroma and juiciness that only an iron plate can provide. The three special sauces paired perfectly with everything, making it hard to put down my chopsticks, whether it was the vegetables or the steak. Despite the generous portions, I never got bored, and I had a thoroughly satisfying time for both my eyes and my palate.
