This place is not a lively izakaya, but rather a calm space suitable for those who want to spend adult time. However, it is not stiff; the staff are very kind and provide a very comfortable atmosphere and experience. The grilled chicken, which is the main attraction, is also renowned for its exquisite grilling and seasoning! When ordering two of the same skewer, they thoughtfully separated them into red chicken and Hinai chicken for us! I think this is a restaurant that pays great attention to detail!
As you ascend the stairs and open the door, you are greeted by calm white walls and a chandelier. The counter and sofas are comfortably arranged, allowing you to relax in a hideaway-like space. A female sommelier, smiling, showed me several recommended wines for today, and when I expressed my preferences, she selected the perfect bottle for me. The amuse-bouche made with rare ingredients from Hokkaido was beautifully colorful and exciting in aroma. With each sip, I felt the excellent pairing with the dishes, and the conversation flowed naturally. The time spent with piano jazz as background music passed quickly, leaving a pleasant aftertaste until the end.
Upon entering the restaurant, a modern Japanese space unfolds, allowing for a calm and relaxing experience. The skewers grilled at the counter are fragrant, and each part is moist and juicy. Dipping the fluffy tsukune in egg yolk releases a burst of flavor that brings a smile to my face. The soup infused with chicken broth and the nyumen are exceptional, and I ended up drinking every last drop. Even the egg over rice served at the end was not lacking in effort, and I could feel the restaurant's dedication throughout the entire course. Thanks to the friendly staff and the serious head chef, dining with friends became an even more enjoyable moment.

There are so many kinds of oysters that I couldn't eat all of them, and even though it was crowded, the food came out quickly and tasted delicious.
The oysters with vinegar are so good, and the gratin is so good I could drink endless amounts of alcohol!

For dessert, the dish combining the compote and jelly of Miss Peach with shaved ice is delightful, and the pistachio tiramisu and torta caprese are also tempting.
