I visited to enjoy the newly added menu items. The roast liver sashimi had the texture of raw liver and was delicious with sesame oil and salt sauce. The roast beef was also excellent; it was tender and the more you chew it, the more flavorful it became. The homemade soft beef jerky was soft and tasty, perfect with sake. The shichirin (a traditional Japanese charcoal grill) is newly renovated, and the natural live catch from Bose is also delicious. I would like to visit this restaurant again.

I had the fish set meal. The taste was very good and I was very impressed. I was impressed by the taste of the food and the choice of two other dishes. The menu for shaved ice was extensive, and I was unsure which one to choose, but I decided to go with the 'Peach Snow Ice' as it was the recommendation of the day. It used a whole high-quality peach, and it was extremely delicious. The friends who came with me also enjoyed different flavors of snow ice and were satisfied. There was a notice that they would be open until the end of August this year, so I would like to go again before then.
