Yuzu-Ponzu und Mayo-Pon passen zu allen Zutaten, und der gekochte Aal hat einen feinen, milden Geschmack, der umami vermittelt. Die gegrillten Onigiri sind knusprig und mit Brühe zubereitet, und die Butter ist nicht schwer, was gut ist. Das Restaurant hat eine lebhafte Atmosphäre und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

This restaurant offers authentic sushi, and its limited lunch box sushi with shrimp and conger eel and oysters sautéed in salted leek olive oil are well known for their delicious taste. It features a strong salty flavor and compatible olive oil, salt, and lemon, making it an ideal snack with beer. Although the quantity is small, the sushi rice and the quality of the conger eel and shrimp are definitely appreciated. Dishes are inventive and include three kinds of appetizers, such as lotus root with ume plum paste and Sakagoe asari clams stir-fried with butter. We recommend this restaurant.
It is just a short walk from the station, and you can easily park in front of the store, making access convenient. There are smokeless roasters at the seats, allowing you to grill comfortably without worrying about smoke. The beef tongue and offal, as well as the short ribs and skirt steak, all have a vibrant red color that made me excited even before grilling. Dipping the meat alternately in two types of sauces, one sweet and one tangy, added variety to the flavor, making the rice go down easily. The interior is clean and lively, and the staff, who seemed busy, were always cheerful, making for a pleasant experience. The grilled offal udon I ordered to finish was fragrant and made for the perfect conclusion.
