Ich habe die Testversion von Wanko Soba probiert. Danach hatte ich vor, andere Spezialitäten aus Morioka zu genießen, daher war es gut, dass es ein einfaches Menü in der Testversion gab. Es war auch ein Pluspunkt, dass man reservieren konnte (ansonsten konnte man nicht hineingehen). Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant war angenehm, und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, sodass ich das Wanko Soba mit Freude genießen konnte. Die Soba hatte ein wenig zu wenig Biss, aber ich dachte, dass Wanko Soba vielleicht so sein sollte, während ich aß. Der Geschmack war insgesamt lecker. Ich möchte es auch anderen sehr empfehlen.

It's a cozy and warm little shop. I went there at the end of the year, and it was really helpful that they were open. I loved how they cherish the ingredients from Iwate while blending them with Okinawan cuisine. I definitely want to go again.
