The dishes are enjoyable, combining French cuisine with Italian and Japanese twists. The focus is on courses, and I appreciate their flexibility in accommodating additional dishes. The signature garlic toast is irresistibly delicious and comes in a generous portion. The combinations are exciting, featuring seafood appetizers, foie gras crème brûlée, and sea bream finished with almond sauce. Each dish, from the sautéed sea bream and grilled veal to the seasonal vegetable plate and pasta, is meticulously prepared and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is calm, the tables are a bit tight, but it's comfortable, and the happy aftertaste lingers even through dessert and coffee.

I was able to relax in a calm interior renovated from an old traditional house. The beer, filled with plenty of lemon pulp, was refreshing and had an excellent aftertaste. The semi-raw liver was moist and rich, tasting almost like foie gras. The fried lotus root with black pepper had a combination of sweetness and a spicy kick that made it hard to stop eating. The oysters and nameko mushrooms with pesto that I ordered to finish were very satisfying, with the aroma of basil complementing the umami of the shellfish.
