Früher hat der Meister alles alleine gemacht, weshalb es sehr lange gedauert hat, bis das Essen und die Getränke serviert wurden. Diesmal waren jedoch zwei weibliche Angestellte da, und der Service war sehr reibungslos. Das Essen war außergewöhnlich lecker und preiswert, daher bin ich froh, dass das Problem mit dem Service gelöst werden konnte. Allerdings scheint es nicht so zu sein, dass immer Mitarbeiter anwesend sind.
Located near the harbor, you can relax while enjoying the view of the sea. The seafood is fresh and firm. The appetizer of shirasu bruschetta, with the combination of sweet tomatoes and the aroma of butter, is the best. The seafood and wood ear mushroom pasta in tomato sauce has a crunchy texture that adds a fun element. The grilled chicken has crispy skin, and the new onion and balsamic sauce pairs well. The zuppa di pesce and Basque cheesecake are also must-tries, and sharing them with everyone makes for a great time.
About 10 minutes before the restaurant opened at 11:00, a tuna head dismantling show started in front of the restaurant.
While dismantling it, they showed us the parts and explained them to us (^^).
There were already many people in front of the restaurant, but we were the first to get in thanks to our reservation!
We ordered sashimi of tuna head, seared cheek meat, tuna ribs, and others.
We were able to taste the meat behind the eyes, the head, cheeks, and throat, which is very rare.
The waitress was very nice and helpful.

From the large windows, you can overlook the harbor and yachts, and it's wonderful to enjoy a meal while gazing at the sparkling sea. Starting with the course, fish tartare and sauces made with seasonal fruits appeared, bringing surprises with each dish. The salt bread, steamed and grilled by the chef on an iron plate, is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, making you want to ask for seconds. The low-temperature cooked Kainomi steak is tender, and I enjoyed the variations in flavor with rock salt, pickled sansho, and raspberry mustard. Thanks to the warm hospitality and the leisurely flow of time, both my heart and stomach are completely satisfied.

The tropical mood is pleasant and the cute atmosphere is soothing. The Hawaiian beer with a tropical scent was refreshing and very delicious. When I asked for some snacks, they happily prepared them even though they weren't on the menu. The teriyaki chicken with a soft-boiled egg and a salad platter, along with the pickles made from Miura vegetables, were all impressive. The shaved ice is also recommended, and the combination of black syrup and vanilla ice cream has a gentle sweetness. The syrup made from Miura strawberries has a lovely aroma and pairs perfectly with the refreshing taste of the ice cream.
