While feeling the air of the highlands, I leisurely enjoyed a course centered around game meat. The seasonal vegetable sticks that came out first were packed with sweetness and paired well with the herb oil. The homemade venison salami served with apple and the unusual appetizer platter featuring celery root were interesting, and each dish was rich in aroma. The parsnip potage had a rustic and nostalgic flavor that warmed my body. The main dish, the Shinshu venison poêlé, was rare yet free of any gamey taste, and the red wine sauce enhanced the sweetness of the meat, making it superb. I was completely satisfied with the dessert platter, including the chestnut Mont Blanc, and the final fresh herbal tea left a happy aftertaste.

Delicious restaurant ♩ from the dish of appetizers The New Year's party started with a happy feeling from the toast! Sashimi, shish-kebabs, iburi ginger cream cheese, All of them were delicious. Sake from Nagano and sake from outside of the prefecture were also tastefully available, and it was great to enjoy pairing them with the dishes. The location was excellent as it is about a two-minute walk from Chino Station. The staff was very helpful and thoughtful with hot tea after the meal, making it a very chic restaurant. Thank you, general manager.
