The plump salmon, fragrant myoga, thick slices of tongue, juicy skewers, and crispy pizza were all satisfying. There are also seasonal dishes and a rice porridge to finish off the hot pot, and combined with attentive service, it was very pleasant.

The motsunabe (beef tripe hot pot) was full of ingredients and the broth was rich, with options for miso, soy sauce, or spicy miso. I could have the broth topped up and also ordered ramen for the finale, and the staff's service was pleasant, making me very satisfied.

The service, presentation, and cleanliness of the restaurant were all impeccable, making it feel perfect for a special occasion.

This is my first time at Capricciosa in Kumagaya, and it's been a while since I've had Capricciosa itself, but it really is the best! I thought the restaurant was very clean and had the look and taste that girls love! I want to go back!
The fluffy mimosa decoration welcomed us, and from the moment we entered, we were enveloped in a warm atmosphere. The assortment of appetizers was diverse, featuring cold potage and fritters, each with a careful flavor. The Neapolitan pizza, baked in a wood-fired oven, was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and just the aroma of the dough made us happy. The melting Margherita cheese and the Marinara with a sharp kick of garlic and tomato were even more enjoyable when shared. A few drops of the original spicy oil deepened the flavor, making us exclaim, 'Wow!' Even the tiramisu after the meal was delicious, and by the time we left the restaurant, our hearts were fully satisfied.
When I called the restaurant because I was going to be late, a female staff member kindly said, "I'm sorry it's not easy to find, please be careful. A train was parked in the peaceful countryside, and when I entered the restaurant, I found myself in a retro restaurant. The Shinkansen bullet train was running nearby, and you could hear the sound of it, creating a perfect atmosphere. The food and cakes were all delicious. We will visit again!
