We ordered cold soup udon, which originated here, and meat miso udon, which won the Saitama B-Grade Gourmet Championship. The udon noodles are handmade in the restaurant and are thin, smooth, and fresh, just like Mizusawa udon. The sauce for the cold udon soup is a refreshing miso and sesame paste mixture with lots of flavor. The meat miso udon tastes like jarred udon noodles. Topped with a hot egg. It was delicious, but the biggest surprise was the price. It was about 600 yen.
