The grilled and air-dried sweetfish, as well as the sashimi, are fragrant and crispy, even the bone crackers are crunchy. The shrimp dumplings grilled on stone, along with the egg tofu and water shield dish, have a gentle flavor. The sweetfish rice served at the end is infused with broth, aromatic, and the crispy bits are very satisfying.
