Das heutige Date war ein Mittagessen im "Kome Mugi" in der Stadt Iwakuni, Stadtteil Marifu. Bei meinem vorherigen Besuch war es nach 11 Uhr voll, daher habe ich diesmal im Voraus reserviert und bin hingegangen.
Das gewünschte Mittagessen, der "Reis-Teller", besteht aus dem Hauptgericht des Tages, dem "Ganzen Zwiebel mit Käse und Hackfleisch gebacken", sowie einem Salat, 6 verschiedenen kleinen Schalen und einer Suppe. Der Reis kann entweder weißer Reis oder Mischreis sein.
Alle Gerichte haben eine exquisite Balance von Farben und Gewürzen, und der handgemachte, sanfte Geschmack ist angenehm. Es ist ein perfektes Menü für diejenigen, die verschiedene Gerichte nach und nach genießen möchten.
Es scheint, dass das Restaurant gerade sein 2-jähriges Bestehen gefeiert hat, aber im Inneren sind viele Stammgäste zu sehen, was darauf hindeutet, dass es in der Region verwurzelt ist. Der Standort befindet sich hinter dem FamilyMart Marifu (Bergseite).

I had a very enjoyable time.
It was cheap, delicious, and had the atmosphere of a typical yakitori restaurant, making it a very good place.
The staff's response was also very pleasant, even though they were busy.
