06/13/2014 Postscript.
The score is still the same high score.
This time we had a la carte dishes, like soba (buckwheat noodles), which was surprisingly delicious!
The sashimi is still of the same quality!
It is a restaurant where you can enjoy eating at your leisure!
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I went there because my family said it was delicious.
I didn't have high expectations at first, but when the food came, that perception was wrong.
We had to wait at least 15 minutes for our food to be served. During this time, I was irritated.
However, when the food arrived, I thought it was inevitable because of the large number of side dishes.
(But it would have been better if the food came out a little earlier.)
Every single dish was tasty and full of flavor.
Especially the sashimi, which was cut into thick slices! I insist.
It is fresh! It's fresh!
The simmered dishes are also good! Grilled dishes too! 1600 yen for so many side dishes is a bargain!
The place to eat is a private room and I am satisfied. However, because it is a private room, I would like a little more attention.
I have to ring the chime every time I want more tea or water. I don't want to do it too often because of the atmosphere. It would have been great if they had asked for water (well, that's just a matter of taste).
The last dessert was fruit. It was not too much, but not too little either!
It has been a long time since I met a restaurant in Yamaguchi that I could say was good.
The place is a bit hard to find, so you should check it out well in advance!
