Samangga, established in 1947, is a renowned restaurant in Yeosu with over 70 years of history. Recently relocated to a newly built facility, it welcomes customers in a modern setting while preserving traditional flavors. The signature dish, Sode Gae Muchim, features thinly sliced sode (a type of fish) mixed with vegetables in a red seasoning, characterized by a sweet and sour taste using makgeolli vinegar.
