A nice French kappo restaurant in a residential area In a residential area of Uchiyama, Chikusa-ku, north of Imaike Station... this is the place with a fashionable appearance (; ・・`д・´) I was introduced to this restaurant by a gourmet, and I was honored to attend the dinner party. Seasonal course 8,000 yen ⚪︎ Scallops and sweet shrimp in the middle ⚪︎ Shinshu Salmon Mikuey ⚪︎ Shrimp fritters with liver batter ⚪︎ Ena chestnut soup ⚪︎ Spanish mackerel and shiso leaf croute baked in a croute ⚪︎ Champagne Granite ⚪︎ Wagyu beef rump roast ⚪︎ Specialty seafood curry ⚪︎ Blancmange with almond milk ⚪︎4 Herb tea and freshly baked financier from a selection of herbal teas The dishes are not too formal French, and can be easily eaten with chopsticks. The salmon was cooked at a low temperature and had an unprecedented texture. The abalone is covered with a liver coating, and the soup is filled with chestnuts and tapioca ( ；・`д・´) The Spanish mackerel is served with anchovies and beet sauce. All of the dishes are well thought out and delicious. The famous curry was excellent, with fish and shellfish simmering in the sauce, and the little sweet potatoes were too good to be true. I would like to visit again for lunch as they are open for lunch as well!
