A famous restaurant for Fukuoka cuisine and kushimono (skewered skewers) with multiple locations around Tokyo. Goryon-san" is a term used in Hakata to describe a woman who is a firm guardian of the house. The vegetable-wrapped skewers made with fresh vegetables picked in the morning and wrapped in Japanese pork belly are overwhelmingly popular.
