This is a juicy fried chicken popular at Andanchi, made with salt koji from Kanesa Organic Miso Workshop. The large-sized fried chicken is satisfying and is highly praised by both children and adults!
Finished with homemade tomato sauce made using eggs from Takeke Farm and Kami Yotsuba tomato ketchup.
