Limited distribution sake from Kono Tomo Brewery in Sando Town. Made entirely with 'Yamada Nishiki' rice from Hyogo Prefecture. It maximizes the umami of the rice, offering a smooth mouthfeel and a clean, dry taste.
Using Hyogo's top A 'Yamada Nishiki' for the sake mother and Toyooka's 'Gohyaku Mangoku' for the rice, this sake is designed with flavor in mind. It is fruity and mild, enjoyable from chilled to warmed.
A well-structured junmai sake. It has a moderate aroma and is a slightly dry, crisp sake. It can be enjoyed chilled or warmed. It is also interesting to enjoy it with 'crushed ice'.
It captures the refreshing flavor of fresh sake as much as possible. To get to know 'Yuki no Basho', I recommend starting with this sake.
