<Boil♪> The staff cuts the chicken into easy-to-eat sizes and cooks it over high heat. Wait a little until the whole chicken, tteokbokki, green onions, and potatoes are cooked. <Drink♪ Dip♪> While the chicken is cooking, drink the broth that has been extracted. Dip the green onions and tteokbokki in the special sauce and eat. <Change the Flavor♪> Once the chicken is cooked, it's ready to eat. In the middle, add kimchi to enjoy a change in flavor. If you eat it with plenty of the special sauce, you'll be hooked!
It is recommended to use about 1 tablespoon of each seasoning! *Adjust according to your preference. 1 Soy Sauce: Pour in enough soy sauce so that the bottom plate is not visible. 2 Vinegar: Add about a quarter of the amount of soy sauce in vinegar. 3 Mustard: Add about a quarter of the amount of soy sauce in mustard. *This adds richness and punch. 4 Tategi (Chili Pepper Miso): Add 1 spoonful of tategi (spicy seasoning). 5 Garlic and Chives: Add chopped garlic and chives to your liking. *This further enhances the umami. 6 Completion! It is also known as a 'food spa' and is loved as a nourishing dish in summer and a warming hot pot in winter. Our restaurant uses fresh chilled domestic young chickens.
