Reservations required (Please check Sanoya's website for opening hours) About 10 dishes will be served with seasonal ingredients that change monthly. The meal will be served with Uonuma Koshihikari rice, which is very popular among our guests, and served at different times. For side dishes, we serve pork raised in Hakuba, Nagano Prefecture, and stewed in a square pot. The final dish is rice topped with the juices from the stewed pork. For dessert, seasonal fruits are served as sorbet in front of your eyes. If you have any food allergies, please let us know at the time of reservation.　Please note that we may not be able to make changes on the day of your reservation due to preparation reasons.

We offer 7-8 premium sake to match each month's menu. 50mm per cup and the size of the sake will be adjusted according to the volume of the dish. Sake such as Isshidai will be served depending on the type of rice used, which changes each month. Sake that is not available, such as Tatsuno-no-otoko and Nanadaru-Nijukan, will also be served when the timing is right. For drinks, we recommend a sake pairing of 4,950 yen. We offer 7-8 different types of sake for each dish. We also offer a half-pairing of 3,520 yen (about 2 gou of sake). You can change the sake you like. （Sake refills are available for a fee.)
