Made with only domestically sourced chicken, it is simmered for over six hours, resulting in a refined dish that is rich in high-quality collagen.

The 'special Ichiban Shibori' is the ultimate expression of the philosophy of 'Japanese-style careful craftsmanship.' It is under the complete supervision of a Braumeister (brewing craftsman) who has been awarded in the beer-making homeland of Germany. It luxuriously uses carefully squeezed premium Ichiban Shibori wort and first-class hops 'Kaikokane' from the Tohoku region.
