This exquisite product is crafted by Shirasu Sake Brewery in Gifu, using 'Yamada Nishiki' rice from Hyogo Prefecture, polished to perfection, and brewed meticulously in a separate barrel exclusively for Kiccho, utilizing the clear underground water from the Hida River. It boasts a rich ginjo aroma and a smooth drinking experience. Its true value blossoms even more when paired with good cuisine. As the pleasant resonance of sake and food lingers, time passes blissfully, and the beloved taste cherished by Teiichi Yuki is also found here.
