Chicken neck meat is the meat around the neck of the chicken. It is a muscular and elastic part that the chicken moves frequently, characterized by its strong flavor. We lavishly grill this representative white meat part, comparable to thigh meat, over charcoal. Previously, it was a rare menu item, but it has now become a regular menu item. We offer two flavors to fully enjoy the umami of the chicken neck: a 'salt' flavor to savor its taste and a 'sauce' flavor that enhances the aroma of the charcoal, so please choose according to your preference.
Chicken harami refers to the chicken's abdominal muscles, which are a rare cut that is not often available. It has a firm texture and, while being mild, offers a strong umami flavor.
