Established in the first year of the Koka era in the Edo period (1844), Mizogami Sake Brewery is a sake brewery with a history of over 160 years. The brewery is located at the foot of Mt. Sarakura, which towers in the center of Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture. High-quality Japanese sake is produced from locally harvested rice and the pure spring water of Mt. Sarakura. Among them, the representative brand of our brewery, 'Tenshin,' is renowned for its rich aroma reminiscent of fresh fruits and smooth taste.
Offering a tasting comparison of the renowned products from Mizogami Sake Brewery, well-known for their local sake 'Tenshin'. This includes the exquisite 'Sakakura Junmai Daiginjo Shizukutori', which is brewed manually using rice from Yahata in Kitakyushu and spring water from the Sakakura mountain range. Also included is the brand 'Tenshin Junmai Ginjo', meticulously brewed with a slightly dry and flavorful taste, not just a light and refreshing one. And lastly, the 'Tenshin Seiya no Gin Junmai Daiginjo'.
