Ehime is all about sea bream! You can fully enjoy natural sea bream in a variety of dishes such as zori and tai shiso tempura! We have also prepared a course that includes Ehime's specialties such as Senzanki, a local cuisine of Imabari, and Jako-ten, a specialty of Uwajima.
This course includes a variety of fresh fish such as "Sea bream soup shabu-shabu", "2 kinds of seasonal fresh fish sashimi", "Ainan oyster and Kiseu vegetable tempura", etc. ◎For year-end party, New Year party, banquet, women's party, welcome and send-off party, etc.
