As you enter the alley of Tachimach, a bistro with a calm atmosphere welcomes you. The pork loin piccata I had for lunch had a fluffy texture, and the aroma of the grain mustard cream was irresistible. The colorful vegetables arranged on the plate were seasoned with care, bringing a smile to my face. The homemade bacon and mushrooms in the peperoncino were full of flavor, and I couldn't stop using my fork. The glass of wine recommended by the staff further enhanced the dishes. By the time I was leaving, I felt truly satisfied, thinking, 'I definitely can't miss this place.'
