Tosokchon Samgyetang

Our signature dish is samgyetang: a whole chicken stuffed with Korean ginseng, chestnuts, jujubes, and assorted nuts, then simmered slowly. The soup is served boiling; the chicken's savory flavor and the aromatic medicinal ingredients blend together, producing a rich yet gentle aftertaste. The chicken is tender and falls apart, with a deep, natural sweetness.

Located near Gyeongbokgung, it features traditional construction and an impressively spacious interior. There are many seats, and the place is equipped to accommodate a large number of customers at any time of day. Not only tourists but also many locals use it, creating a lively yet reassuring atmosphere.
