Modern master craftsman, Masahiko Fujio, has created a dry junmai sake with a unique blend that maximizes the power of yeast and koji by sticking to the rice and water of the southern part of Japan. Mizukami is an unprecedented 'flavorful dry junmai sake' that combines the inherent mellowness of rice that cannot be tasted in sake made by adding alcohol to make it dry. Mizukami is a dry junmai sake that is particular about enhancing the taste of sake and dishes. (Not available for sale in general retail stores.)

This is a genuine shochu made from rice as the raw material. Through vacuum distillation, the flavor of the raw material is preserved, resulting in a light and refreshing taste without any strong peculiarities, which can be enjoyed by many shochu enthusiasts.
A 'Japanese' liqueur made with plums and sake. Unlike the typical plum wine made from shochu, it does not have a sharp alcohol kick. It gently exudes the aroma of plums, with a smooth texture. Recommended as an aperitif or nightcap.
