You can enjoy specially raised chicken, and with each grilling, the aroma and depth expand. The tempura ordered at the counter is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, perfectly complemented by the sweet and sour sauce. The appetizers, such as chicken skin with ponzu and okra with sesame dressing, are also carefully seasoned, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The fried horse mackerel at Yoshiko comes with homemade tartar sauce, and the crunchy batter combined with the fluffy fish is irresistible. A wide variety of dishes are available, including rich mountain sea urchin, sashimi platter, and Morioka cold noodles, all showcasing meticulous craftsmanship. It's also nice that takeout bento and fried chicken are available, allowing you to enjoy this deliciousness at home.
