Starting in December, we will launch a winter limited edition (until March) of Whole Grilled Eel Hot Pot & White Grilled Rice Porridge. We use a soup made from the heads of 600 eels, which has been used in our eel ramen 'Kiwami Unasoba'. The eel is grilled whole in a tubular shape, allowing you to enjoy the rich flavor of the eel with the bones removed! Eating it with various vegetables makes it never boring!
