This is a course for drinking, centering on oysters. A little bit of everything. An example: 3 kinds of soaked vegetables (boiled beans, corn and eggplant in jade), 3 kinds of raw oysters, 1 steamed oyster, kombu sashimi of oyster, oyster cream croquette, sea bream and radish in broth, smoked salted salmon, oyster with spicy olive oil, simmered salmon milt, oyster miso cucumber, daikon mochi with broth, 3 kinds of snacks, and ramen noodles with oyster soup stock

This course allows you to enjoy oyster shabu shabu until the end. We can also accommodate all-you-can-drink sake.
I started Maruefu. It is a swing tap imported from Czech Republic, but I am still in training.
You can enjoy the different flavors by region. The photo shows, from left to right, rock oysters from Shinojima in Aichi Prefecture, rock oysters from Kashima in Ibaraki Prefecture, and Pacific oysters from Kombu-mori in Hokkaido.
It takes about 3 hours, so please contact us in advance whether you make a reservation or on the day.
Large has 5 oysters, small has 3. By lightly coating and finishing it in a skewer-fried style, it brings out the taste of fresh raw oysters. It has a crispy texture with juicy flavors overflowing.
It can be prepared on the same day, but there may be cases where we cannot accommodate if the ingredients are not available. If you contact us just before, we will do our best to accommodate you. Additional mushrooms, vegetables, udon, ramen, and porridge can be ordered.
Enjoy oysters that can be eaten raw, cooked in a broth base for shabu shabu. You can also enjoy vegetables cooked in that broth. Additional mushrooms, vegetables, and finishing options like udon, ramen, or rice porridge are available. Reservation required, starting from two servings.
